Is this legal at my work place? Or moral for that matter?

I was replaced with this young guy. It seems everyone else knows about it but me. It seemed odd that he started the same hours as me, and was working on my shift. Then my boss tells me he wants to fire me.


Anyway apart from that, we work long hours and are only allowed a 10 minute break. During this time, my boss stared at me if I even made a phone call or had something to eat and kept looking at his watch with an intimdiating look on his face.

Today, during the factory time, this asian lady they have in charge of where I was working was bullying (and usually is) She tells you something and you cant understand when you do not do what she says she gets very upset and annoyed and starts screaming.

She has told my boss every little mistake I have made while learning ( I have been there 2 weeks) Everything I told her, she has told to other staff, including questions she has asked about my boyfriend, family etc. Personal questions.

She told this guy who started to hurry up. H
He went fast on this machine which he had no safety induction or training for and cut himself so badly there was a lot ot blood. He could not even bend his finger. They gave him a bandaid but did not care. They just kept telling him to go faster. I was replaced with this guy and he was worse than me when I first started and they complained about me.

What is going on here?
