How about this? I spoke with a man the other day, he was one of the first 10 people in Canada who got a liscense for Medicinal Marijuana.

There is a discrepancy, stating that the law was changed to allow medicinal users have marijuana in possession, and it didnt state the law rergarding non-medicinal users.

Im not sure what to make of this. Im going to court in march for weed and im hoping that this will help me. The more people who become aware that this drug is UNCONSTITUTIONALIZED -- the less intimidating cops will seem, and the more judges will agree to these facts.

It can be argued that all weed is illegal because federal law superceeds state law. State law (in several states) says medicinal marijuana is legal
