| Megan's Law anyone? Need help with a detailed question...?
Okay, so I got a notification from familywatchdog.com that said a sexual offender moved near my daycare. I asked another fellow day care goer about it who lives on the same block. She says that it wasn't like "that" and didn't want to go into details (she wasn't the one involved)
On the site, it says that he was convicted of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, 18 Pa.C.S. § 3123
My question is, exactly what does it mean? Does it have to be all the scenarios under that statute or just one???
Also, Am I wrong for not understanding how a rape can not be like "that"? I know some people are falsely accused but she enver said he didn't do it.
Also, what charge do you get if you have sex with a minor, but it's consensual? Is it the same of the charge above?
I can't get over the "deviate" part...
Lawyers, paralegals... MOMS!!!! Please help me understand this better.
