I'm 15 I'll be 16 in august, my boyfriend 19 he'll be 20 in july,im pregant,can...

...he get in trouble with the law okay, i know i'm probably going to get lectures and what not, i'm okay with that. i just need help. im about 8 weeks pregnant. 15, 16 in august hes 19, 20 i july. my mom agreed to not press charges. i live in pennsylvania, can he still get in trouble? since he is going to sign the birth certificate and he's going to be 20 by the time the baby is born.
