| Can you become a legal us resident by marrying a legal resident? Lets say both people are in love. Not doing it just for the citenship. Can you become a resident. I know you have to prove that you are together for a couple years. What else is needed? Would you have to go back to your home country? How long do would it take to file the paperwork?      |
