Remedy at law vs Remedy in equity? Help?

Im having trouble distingusing the two concepts

Say if someone named Joseph is suing Laura for preaching a contract which Laura promised to sell this ancient artifact for 4 million, Joseph would see Remedy in money, right? which would be in Remedy in Equity,right?

If he cancels the contact, what remedy would he(joseph) seek?
fyi: he cancels the contract because the artifact is fake
