Any Attorneys that can answer a few legal questions?

My attorney is also my investor, he had his contacts create my website and products. I do not have his contact's personal information. My Attorney has left me with a website that is only have done, and although the website account is in my name, I cannot get the contact information of the guy who is working on the website so we can compltete the project. Also My Attorney/investor will not respond to any of my emails or phone calls. He has pretty much ignored me. I am distraught, this is affecting the Business. The Attorney has already put out 18,000 in capital, and now he seems to have put the breaks on things and will not tell me why. I don't know what happened. Now I am stuck with a half complete website, and don't know how to get the originals of all my work that needs to be printed to sell. What can I do? My attorney and I never signed a contract, he since oct 2007, he has given my funding in cash. Therefore there is no proof of anything. what are my rights?
