| I need legal advice regarding restraining order.?
Me and my boyfriend broke up over a month ago. He is a compulsive liar and has been sending me sexually and emotionally harassing messages from made up screen names and been calling me through a restricted number. He even had the nerve to send me a made up obituary to try to get a rise out of me. I finally filed a restraining order against him. He has been constantly harassing me, my mother and my friend. Tonight, he sent me a slew of new emails and text messages. Right now I am in the process of waiting for him to he served, can I contact the police before he is served or do I need to wait until he has been served to take legal action? Thank you!
