Any gift ideas for my mother-in-law's birthday?

My MIL is the harderst person to shop for...she has everything she needs and wants....Every Christmas and Birthday my and husband and I are at a loss. She is turning 73...any ideas of something sincere or creative?

We don't like to do the gift card thing...done that before...She likes to read & travel...but when she's home she pretty much chills in front of the TV.

Help!
I actually LIKE my MIL so please no sarcasm.
