Is my cousin law being rude and crossing the line?

First off shes 45 and the wife of my cousin,, me and my mom thought she was nice until we visited her in her area, she basically threw us out of her home and we only visited for about 5 hours,.. she also made my Mom pay $20 for her parking at our hotel while she screamed.
Now My Moms sister cut me my mom and my sister off 3 1/2 years ago-- we have not heard from my aunt, uncle, etc, long story but their jealous control freaks so they cut us off..
Now my cousin has not spoken to use in over 3 yrs as well, his wife calls around holidays, to find out where we are going and to get info,, she has mentioned nothing of the cut off and makes believe she knows nothing yet she calls my mother to tell her that people in the family died that she doesnt even know. She informed my mother that my moms friend died and added that she thinks her husband was a dog who cheated on her till she died.
She also used to call my mom years ago and ask for prescribed barbituates every month, my mom felt she

my mom felt she was asking for too many and told her she cant send her anymore, and the cousin in law threw a fit...
I just think shes up to no good and is working as a spy for my aunt and probably talks behind our backs,
She called again cause easter is coimg up, we havent called back and shes called 12 times..

First off isnt this none of her business? we are not related to her, she lives in Vegas, we live in Boston..
Isnt she intruding on us?
My aunt cut us off so why is she calling?

How do we get rid of her?

btw my aunt has 3 sons, none of them contact us as well in almost 4 yrs., its a total cut off, i just feel the cousin in law has balls to bother us.
