What size is used in a headshot photo for applying to a legal internship?

What size is used in a headshot photo for applying to a legal internship?

I am trying to fill out this application for an internship that is related with law enforcement and the application requires a headshot photograph of myself. I know headshot photographs are used by actors/actresses/models and come in standard sizes of 8x10. But I doubt that is the size of the photo that the application required. I would think that a smaller size is what they are looking for. Does anyone have any ideas?
