some computer ethics in US are illegal, but in other countires it is legal?

some computer ethics in US are illegal, but in other countires it is legal. Giving gifts to customer is considered bribe at the same time, in other countries not giving gifts are considered rude. Any comments? Any other ethics?

It is culture clash at its best.

The lawmakers seem to be among the least "culturally sensitive" of U.S. citizens.
