My normal payday is the 16th of every month,this month they changed it to...

...the 19th ,is that legal? I normally get paid on the 16th of every month ,this month they just up and changed it to the 19th two days ago . All my bill are due by the 17th.They say they can't pay because the 16th falls on a sunday ,
