My boss paid me 2 weeks vacation pay, now wants me to give one week back, is it

legal for him to do this? I left the job before the summer, when i came back in the fall i was told i would get 2 weeks vacation pay, when i was away i was told that i should only get 1 week, because i wasn't there for the whole year ( i was gone for 3 months, but was eployed almost 5 years ago). Now he's docking my pay 10 hours a week for the next month. I don't make a lot of money, and live pay check to pay check.
