Sexual Harassment law thingy.?

Okay, my boyfriend and I are always in the hallway together at highschool and we're not really doing anything too extreme just prolonged hugging and a peck here and there, always in each other arms.
But every break we're always in the corner of this one hallway cause that's where both our lockers are and it's "our" spot.
But n e way, this one teacher.... has been giving us trouble for it and always gives us looks when she walks by.....
But just recently she told us to leave the hallway and "get some frech air".... so confused we did....
And the next day we went back to our spot and she comes up to us and starts saying rude things like "what would your grandmother say!?" and walks away.
We both kinda shrugged our shoulders and ignored it. It wasn't as if we were really doing anything wrong n e way. Our school has no rules against what couples can and can't do.
And just recently she threatened to call sexual harassment services on my boyfriend. Can she really do that?
