question about marine corps MOS please answer!?

i was wondering if you could have 2 MOS's

for example, can you sign up for 0311 (infantry)

but also sign up for 0331(heavy gunner) so you can be qualified to use the M240G,M2 browning and Mk19. and still be infantry?
