How can a Soldier, Marine or Sailor get a Bad Conduct Disharge changed to a

better one? I have a family member who got one and I believe it is affecting his ability to get the job he wants. I will admit he is a hardheaded stubborn person and most likely deserved the BCD.

Not for sure if he can get it changed, at least it's better than a dishonorable. He may be able to get it turned into a General Discharge contact the legal part of the military and they'll tell you.
