Are there any ways to stay cold mentally?

I heard from a lot of people that the Marine Corps. has tricks to stay cold in the hottest of weather by saying something mentally to them selfs. I was wondering if anyone knew the trick or what you say to your self to completely cool down. Thank You. By the way it is 90° outside and it is going to get warmer.

Make some sun tea, you put the bags in water and let the sun boil it or at least turn it to tea, keep wet, underground, lots of stuff to do, keep telling yourself it is possible.... because it is possible

There are lots of stories about the Marine Corps, Navy SEALS, etc. I don't trust anything people say about them, because the government probably does everything possible to keep it an absolute secret.Maybe some government-hired scientist discovered how to give yourself psychic powers, but if so, I doubt the common man will know about it in a hundred years.Don't worry about it. I think it would be easier and just as effective to stop caring about the temperature, whether hot or cold. You can probably do that by getting used to it. But I wouldn't trust what the government or anyone else says about the army.
