Can HIV+ do bachelors then join marines as officer?

Like my cousin wants to join hes HIV+ with a really good immune system and is syntamatic with no detection of the virus but still there and is in very good health all i hear is good news from his doctor, only bad news is no cure yet :\

He wants to do his college first than join the marines as a officer do you think they will take him even though HIV+?
