Will I be able to earn a degree while in enlisted in the navy?

Will I be able to earn/study for a degree let's say while on a 6 month deployment on a boat?
and such
All studying and stuff will be done while in deployment on the sea right?

can it be done, yes. will it be easy, nope.

as for deployments: Larger ships(carriers, mostly) actually take civilian teachers on board to teach classes while on deployment. But don't forget the concept of an eight hour work day is nonexistent while deployed.

My husbands average WORKING day was 18 hours long. he never had more than 2 hours running to do little things like eat, shower, sleep, work out etc.

Yes you can earn a degree. I did.
I took courses with University of Maryland and Central Texas Collage.

By Boat, do you mean Submarine? In the Navy only Submarines are called boats. Unless you can lift it out of the water and place it on a ship and it is made out of wood.

Yes, the military will pay 100% of tuition and fees. You have to pay for your books and must maintain a C average or you have to pay the money back. Also you have to attend classes in your off time.
