Can Tree Nut allergy get accepted into Navy?

I have a tree nut allergy and want to join the navy but can i get in haveing this allergy

Why not?Allergies won't make you less of a bullet sponge!Just stay away from those nuts!

Actually, I couldn't find anything on the US military about their nut allergy policy. I think it depends on if you need immediate attention with epi or if you can wait if in combat...
