about navy recuiter?

Back a couple of months ago I signed up for the Navy needing the money but I had doubts but my navy recruiter said if i signed the contract I can still decide not to join. So I signed and decided not to join he made me fill out a statement saying why and gave me all my paper work back and i thought that was it. Now he calls me and says he never turned it in because so many people decide not to join and says he cant "squeeze me in" and wants me to fill out this paper work stating that I was interested up intill today. Saying that he would be in trouble if I don't and he also told me he never dated the statement i filled out earlier. It all sounds shady and suggestion should i just fill it out our what?
I sworn in and everything and signed my contract but he said I can get out anyways thats why I signed it in the first place

Until you sign your full contract at MEPS, you are not totally committed to the Navy.
