What is Rev. Wright's record in the Marine Corp. ?

Barack said Wright served "honorably" in the Corp. I've read somewhere in this Yahoo Q/a that the Marines asked him to leave. According to this guy the Navy also didn't want him. The Marine Corp. for those that don't know is part of the Dept. of the Navy. What are the facts on Rev. Wright's military career? As a general rule, you don't see that many Marines with that kind of attitude? Yes, I know there was Lee Harvey and others. I said as a "general rule", okay?

I'm not sure but you do see marines with that type of attitude.

He is old so I'm guessing he was in during Vietnam.

I'm not sure of the story but if it was during Vietnam I doubt that they asked him to leave.

In time of war as is now a lot military people are committing suicide....obviously these people are not well but the military still can not afford to let them out.
