| Can you mark Marine Corps uniforms by hand?
"Marks will be of a size appropriate to the article and the space available for marking and will consist of block letters not more than 1/2 inch in size. Marking machines, stencil, marking tape or labels, or stamp, as appropriate, may be used." So is this saying that marking kits, stencils, stamps, etc. are authorized (in which case, writing by hand would be the default) or are using those things the only options and writing by hand is not authorized?      |
