| Comparative Market Analysis, mortgage?
Comparative Market Analysis, words questions Comparative Market Analysis, Market Analysis Summary, What arer or mean these words? Stat ACTV, Mkt Tm, List Mkt Tm, If it says List Mkt Tm 117, what does it mean? Also, if it says Mkt Tm 370, What does that mean? I am trying to get CMA on a Home that I maybe going to purchase and the realtor sent me the CMA, It has those infos like when and what it was sold for last time and also those words and numbers. I don't know what those words and numbers stand for. I wanted to know How many days or months it has been in the market for sale. I want to feel that if it has been in the market for long time, I may get better discount . Thanks for your insight and knowledge and infos 9 hours ago - 3 days left to answer.      |
