Every woman gets scared but it really and is very natural to start panicking. However, the pain does come and go remember that. Also, the best milk as I'm sure you know is breast milk. It will prevent them getting overweight and give them all the antibodies they need to fight infection. But I'm not writing this to preach, never hear ed of M'sia market I'm afraid Giving birth in a positive mind set is lots of fun. Yes it hurts no lies between women but it is so so so worth every minute. I wish you every success and hope you have a happy healthy labour.

Try to go natural and if it's too much, as for an epidural. Although I never want another epidural, I hated it.

There IS NO best milk powder, it says right on the can that your breastmilk is better. Ask the nurses where you deliver to help you nurse your child--that's the best there if for your baby. Milk powder can lead to health problems for the baby and for you, better to nurse your baby.

Breast feed your child!! Breast milk wil contain important things to support your baby's immune system before it matures enough to produce its own. Formula milk does not include that. Breast milk is better than formula milk in so many ways. Don't listen to the marketing hype that the big companies try to force you to accept. Your breast will produce the BEST thing for your baby to consume. The Formula milk is not as good and costs you money!!!

Its like having some company try and sell you false teeth when your own teeth are still perfect. STUPID TO BUY THEIR STUFF!!!

If you can't take pain then YOU NEED the epidural. I won't lie to you the injection is hell but the pain it can save you is worth it. Either way you go you need to have a solid decision and communicate it to your doctor BEFORE you go to the hospital. This way she can get you on it right away. You never know how fast you could get to the point where they can't give it to you.

Good luck!
