I just bought Sanma at a Japanese market but I accidentlly bought the semi dried...

...kind. How should I cook it? When I buy regular Sanma I usually broil it with salt but I am not sure what to do with the semi dried kind. I am open to cook it differently maybe even use in it in soup if it is not good quality to eat it by itself. I could not find a good sanma soup recipe online though. So if you have any ideas please let me know. Thanx
