sale of the house do i get ? I have been divorced from my ex for over ten years, she left the house we lived in & has not paid anything towards the mortgage, also i have sole custody of our three children & she has not paid any maintenace towards them. she has moved to New Zealand over seven years ago & has not seen the children since then, she has also got re married & had two further children, i have bought a new property as the old one was to small for me & the chiildren, but i rented out the old house & have made sure all the bills have been paid, aswell paid for our new home with the kids & living expences ect. i now want to sell the old house but my ex tells me she wants 50 % of the profit.... i think the split should be more favourable to me & should cover the expence of housing the children & lookiing after them ect
