I work in support at a retail store, can I get a second job in sales at a different

retail store? I work at a department store and my position is a signer/support. I have an interview soon at a different department store to work in cosmetics/sales. Is this allowed? It shouldn't be considered a "conflict of interest" because I'm not in management or anything, right?
