...employees especially the Supervisors? The supervisor who is responsible for the staff and the outlet,tells me she just come so she doesn't know what is going on,wrong answer !,I am sitting in a drive thru line for 45 mins to get to the order window, gives an order ,no one answers me to say yes or no they got the order,1st mistake,then it takes another 15 min to get to the pick up window and then to be told that it doesn't have half of the things I ask for at the order window and it is my fault,that is how she want to put it over to me in an insultive way,so because I stood up for my rights she then makes me wait another 15 mins only to play chicken with me to see who go back down 1st,when she saw I wasn't not backing down proceeds to give me my order complete with all what I asked for ,so how all of a sudden it had what I was told it didn't have just a few mins before,it is a wonder that they are making so much profit with all that bad service,totally disgusting service fr a member of management, ? r d qualifications 4 Mgr
