Can You Obtain A Divorce In Louisiana If....?

My daughter is 6 months pregnant and I have been out looking at the Louisiana laws on divorce or legal separation. I can not find anything on if a woman wants a divorce or separation if she is pregnant. Can you at least get a legal separation if pregnant if you can prove infidelity? On more than one occasion I might add. She has proof on at least two sources that he cheated with two different women. The first woman he was not even married but two months when that one occurred. The other one was the roommate they had living with them and she found the proof on myspace.com. Please only respond if you know for sure. Thank you.

yes she can file, but Louisiana has a 1 year waiting period if you have children and 6 month waiting period if there are no children........

In most states it does not take any proof of infidelity to obtain a divorce. Pregnancy should not be a factor either. Simply call an attorney for a "free" consultation, most will provide one, in order to gain business.
