If a English woman marries a Turkish man, will she have the rights to a

divorce settlement like she would here They are divorced now and have a son together who is almost 9, He has money and property in Turkey, he also has a new partener and they have a daughter. Would she be entitled to any payments, the ex husband hardly pays a penny to his son`s up keep.
