...this marital property? Both of us worked during marrage . Of course I made more . We had financial difficultys so I put $40,000 of insurance into house . Would this be considered marrital property in setlment? Can I deduct this amount as it was inheritance?
I have custody of two children and have lived without her here for three and a half years . we made verbal agreement that she would pay half of house payment and help with child suport . i have not been able to work for two yrs. do to auto acident and to hard to get dissability . Have to get job but in my field there are none that pay what I need , can only find job that pays half of what i used to make . She , of course makes more now than I ever did and tells me she cant come up with$ for house . keep haveing to us inheritance $ to make houe payment. im about to lose hope . Cannt mentaly deal with all overwhelmed with depression .
