my husband and I were getting ready to move into this new place before he went away for 2 weeks (for school in the national guard) and a couple of days before our move he didn't come from work? He msg's me the next day that he didn't want to be married and so on?so i find out he moved in with this tramp at work? After he left I found this out? I have alot of mixed emotions right now!! He still refuses to talk to me, but will call his family to relay msg's to me,like please tell her not to talk to my sergant and other things?please give me some advice because still love this person?

What a jerk! I can't even imagine what you are going through! Sorry. I think you need to let him go, because obviously he has made his choice. I think you should file. Do you have children together? Oh yeah, in the military, if you have solid proof that he cheated while you were married, he can go to prison! I would call his sargeant and press charges against him. My ex-husband was in the military and that is how I found out I could ream him. Unfortunately, the divorce came first!
