How soon is to soon for a person to talk to other people after a divorce?

My friends divorce will be final in 2 months and her husband left her during the beginning of her pregnancy, they got back toghether, and the whole time he was with someone else. She found out when she was 7 months pregnant, she had him served and he's been living with the other woman for a year now. My friend just wants someone to talk to.

Why not wait until at least the divorce is final. That way when someone ask her status she can say she is single/divorce. She isn't legally attached.

I know that with my brother, he married a girl and she was pregnant and now he can't get divorced until DNA proves he is the father or not.

As to how long to wait, I'd say just find someone to talk to. It shouldn't matter to him if he has had someone behind her back the entire time.

By law he can get in trouble for cheating while married but i would say to brush it off divorce him move on and hit him with child support........

Ummm before the weapons are put out of reach? Thats strictly up to the individuals involved.. If feelings are calmed and they feel they can communicate in a civilized manner go for it.
