Wife caught me cheating... Now wants a divorce .. What should I do/?

So she caught me with my co worker that i've been cheating on her with for the last few months. This is what happen. I was having sex with my co worker. Because my suppose to be on business trip!!! Well she wasn't. She apparently was following me. Cause when she bust in. She said " Say cheese" and took a picture of us. And than she left. I never thought she even suspect me. As she never mention anything. Never got mad when I went out . No clues . Nothing at all. Well a few days later . She send me a copy of the picture, and the email that I sent to my co worker. And she even told me she knew about the pre paid phone that I got just for talking to my co worker. And she said that she wants a divorce. How do I convince her not to? I have a lot of assets. House, property, money. Is she tryting to take everything I got. Buy collecting evidence without saying a word??? Should I call my lawyer now? Or do you think there is still chance she well forgive me? Would I be screw if she divorce me?
