Stuck in a Marriage should I stay?

I have been married for 15 years. The majority of my marriage my husband took great care of his family.For the last 5 years he has indulged in drugs. I have been the caretaker of this family. He can't seem to get back on track. And I do want to leave but I know what he can produce if he was the man he used to be..... We have five children Two are grown and three minors.. just don't know what to do.. Any suggestions.
