| Do "lavender marriages" still occur in Hollywood? In the golden years of Hollywood, big stars used to have marriages arranged for them by their agents to hide (from the public) the fact that the stars were gay; Carey Grant is an example. This was because if the public knew about the star's sexuality, their popularity (and therefore box office success) would be negatively affected. Do you think this still secretly takes place?      |
