If the guy is mentioning marriage early in the relationship, does he mean it?

He mentioned it a few time, but it thought he was kidding. We have known eachother for 2 weeks and he asked me to marry him. How would I not laugh. He laughed too. He mentioned it again, we were making out and he said "if we`re doing this now, who knows where we`ll be next week, maybe getting married.."....and he mentioned Vegas(like, how people can get married there at any time)....he also told me that he feels like he has known me forever...
We talked about contraception and he told me I didn`t need to go on the pill.It sounds like he wants to get me pregnant.
Could he be serious?
He is always asking me how my parents feel about us...to be honest, my mom isn`t very happy, but who cares, it`s my life.
He is a citizen of this country, so it`s not that.

Well, to all of you who think my mother is right: she has cheated on my dad, he has cheated on her, more than once. They divorce,but have been sleeping with eachother while throwing insults at eachother. These people don`t have the right to say ANYTHING.Whatever I do i won`t be ashamed to tell them in the face.
