get back my tourist visa? I left my American husband 3 years ago while 3 months pregnant before the filing for a green card paperwork was complete, because of verbal abuse, and came back to my country. He won´t file for divorce, has not supported the child and doesn´t even appear as her father, what can I do to get the divorce, get my US tourist visa back and get a visa for my child? Getting a divorce from my country is next to impossible, I have been told, the marriage is not registered here, only in the US. Now I am seen as someone with an "immigration intent" and frowned upon by American law, even though I left the US for a justified reason and never went back. I would like to be able to go back for professional purposes or as a tourist, someday. I have no money for expensive lawyer fees.
