Have you lost friends since your marriage?

While me and my husband were engaged and I was living in Arizona, while he was going through training for the Army in Missouri. Most of my close friends are there. To skip all the in between my husband got stationed in alaska so we had to move. We got married last month. Now it seems like ever since I got married my friends have become more and more distant. Even before I got married and was here in Alaska away from all my friends, we talked everyday. Now it's as though they spite me, they make hateful remarks to me. Like when I tell them that I love being a homemaker, just taking care of the house and cooking and being there for my husband. They'll say things like "Well while you're doing that I'll be traveling the world" etc. Now they rarely call or write or anything and they never ask how I'm doing. I call them, but I feel like I'm bugging them when I do. And it's not like I sit on the phone and talk about me me me I try and talk to them.

Is this common?
If it's of any relevance I'm 18 and my husband is 19. We've known each other since we were about 12 years old. And my friends range from age 18-25yrs old.
I have not cheated myself of anything. I love every minute of my life and wouldn't trade it for anything. This question is not about my marriage.
