| I am a British citizen living in India. I am a divorced person with a child of 12... ...years and she is an indian? citizen. I am planning to go to uk in june 2008 and i would like to take my daughter with me. But my divorce order does not mention custody of the child. It only says that the child is living with the mother. I heard from outside sources that my ex husband has remarried . To go to him and ask for custody is virtually impossible. He deserted me and my child about 10 years back. He still threatens me with annonymous letters. I had a job in a govt school but becoz of his threatening letters i dropped my job. I would now like to go and live in the uk so that me and my child would get a peaceful life. How can i take my child to uk?      |
