my now my husband? has filed for custody of my12yr old twin boys. that don't want this. I don't have a lawyer anymore cause half way threw this thats when he decided to turn it into a custody case, now my question is, he lives in bergen county i lived in passaic county at the time with my children so am i wrong that bergen county has no jurastiction over our children. my children and I now reside in ocean county for 10 months, and I no longer have an attorney for when he turned into a custody case half way threw it I basically lost all my money cause he wanted me to give him 25000.00 more, that I just don't have. I'm at my witts and and I need a some hope. he has the best attorneys money can buy and is just doing this to continue to control me.so if anyone knows some answers i sure would be happy to hear from you thank you so so much,,,
