Grapewine Taste has a spectacular aura about
Which is the quickest and hasselfree way to get divorced in India?

There is a Hindu couple who got married via registered and tranditional marriage in India. This was an arranged marriage that took place in India. The woman wants divorce after a year of marriage because her husband mistreats her and she has never been happy in that marriage otherwise. She wants divorce, period because this marriage was not her will to begin with but she was forced into this marriage by her overbearing parents and siblings. She tried to make this marriage work but it is not working out for her. What is the quickest, meaning that would take less than a month even if possible, and hassel free way for her to get divorced from her husband who doesn't want to divorce her? I would appreciate detailed legal response from any attorney who knows marriage and divorce laws of India rather than any lay persons' personal opinion please because this is a legal issue. Thank you.
