Should I divorce my husband or stay and try to make things work?

I have the hardest decision to make. My husband and I have been married for almost 5 years but together longer. We have one 4 year old and another on the way. We fight all the time and its usually over stupid stuff. We sat down the other night and talked about what to do. He says seperation is stupid and wont do it but says that if i want adivorce he will give it to me as long as i wont keep the kids form him.... which i would never do. He is laying the choice on me and wont talk to me about he wants. He did say though that he doesnt care what happens either way. Yet he also says he loves me but is unhappy. I really dont know what to do I have tried all I can do to make him happy. I am so confused and hurt. I love him with everything I have and I dotn want a divorce but the way he is actign I think its what he wants. What makes it harder is the fact that I left him once before and it turned out to be the wrong choice. I really dont know what to do can anyone help me??
