Can someone give me advice for divorcing in Mississippi?

Married 14 years, two kids, house. Except for some part time jobs, I mostly stayed home raising kids, while he traveled with his job (decent money). I recently got a full time job in my industry for pretty good pay. He forced me to take on all the bills except for house payment (which is about 1/3 the total household bills), took the car he bought for me and the kids, leaving me with the broke down two door truck that he had been using for his work, and took away the credit card. He says that I can get a credit card of my own and buy my own car. However, my pay barely covers regular household bills, plus he won't pay for anything for the boys, such as extra-curricular activities, insurance co-payments, etc. He won't help with housework or child care. He says he won't divorce me, that I have to do it if I'm unhappy with the way things are. Oh, and he's been able to save a least $13,000 in the six months I've been working: I've saved about $1000.
