I'd like to know what are the steps in getting a divorce in wa state for a cheating husband? I caught him once with a woman in his car and he admitted it. From then on, I thought I can forgive him but later on I caught him again in the internet fantasizing naked women (nothing wrong) but since he wanted to be with other women, I wanted to divorce him. And how do I get full custody for my daughter? please help.... thanks.

The only steps you need to know is shop around and hire a good, reasonably priced attorney, then let him/her do the work.
