I hate my marriage! help?

I have a 5 month old daughter. I can't stand my wife of 3 years, but i dont want to get a divorce because she threatens me with doing what her mom did to her dad. Her mom divorced her dad and left to another state with her and her sister when they were babies. My wife came to find out her dad was alive when she was 16, but by then she didn't care about him at all. Her family has a history of psycothic behavior. Her mom and grandma made up a story about her dad raping both her and her sister to win the divorce and get custody. Even tho it was a lie, they still won because she was the mom. I'm scared she will try to take my baby away. my biggest concern is that i am still an illegal allien; I entered the country legally but my documents expired and she always threathens me with getting me and my whole family deported. Does she love me?? What should i do?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! thank you all.

wow! that is so hard! i would get ur papers renuined or find a way to make sure ur family is leagal! hosntly she doesn't love u! if she is pulling this then she don't love u! also i would look into leagal terms and see what would happen if she did report u! if it does happen u need to go up the stand and fight for ur kid! u can win! just alwyas think positively! well good luck!

or you move there to be close to her.

if you are married in the US to a US citizen then you are a citizen. you better consult an attorney about this
