| Have you heard of the "First Gay Divorce" - and the homophobic take on it?
Someone posted here the other day that there finally is a gay couple who got married and then got divorced. He then followed up with the idiotic conclusion: "We already granted a gay couple to marry, and you squandered it by getting a divorce? None of you deserve it! You should never have that right!"
I replied: "Hello. Hello. Knock knock. Anyone in your brain? The only marriages legally recognized in the USA are straight ones. And more than half of them have ended in divorce. To get advice from you about the "state of marriage" and who should deserve it is like getting fire prevention tips from an arsonist. Get a brain, or better yet, get lost!"
