want parents to get a divorce but mom doesn't have the strength, what do I do?

my dad has been an alcoholic since he was a teenager, but my mom didn't know til after they were married. I'm seventeen and for as long as I can remember he's been mentally and emotionally abusing my mom, lately he's started to blame his problems on me and emotional abuses me too. Even worse he's a scary drunk. He's addicted to porn and had a problem with prescription drugs. Now it's seriously time for my mom to leave him but she's scared and worried about money, how can I support her or even see that she NEEDS to leave?
